Ruby is our Lead Practice Nurse and plays a key role in supporting and developing the nursing team. She ensures that care is delivered safely and effectively, and that the practice is working to the highest standards with up-to-date clinical knowledge and best practice.

Through her leadership role, Ruby provides guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues, helping to strengthen the skills of the team and ensuring patients consistently receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
